It's a wonder how places like this even stay in business. I called the Helendorf Inn 4 times over a period of two weeks to block out THIRTY ROOMS for a wedding I will be having in Cleveland, GA. This would ensure them multiple thousands of dollars of business, but instead of having someone provide me with information, I was told I would get a phone call back either that day or the following morning. I, of course, never did receive a call back for all of my 4 attempts. I would suggest to anyone staying in Helen that they go elsewhere because of the unprofessional, irresponsible staff. The only thing I have to thank them for is learning how terrible their service is before I had all of my family and friends stay at their hotel.
