“dirty unsafe and antiquated”

this place had changed ownership so many times i've lost count. it's fallen on hard times after the orgianal ownership sold out. no new sign seems to help either. the best thing that could happen would be a for the wrecking balls to knock it down adn the bull doziers load it up and take it away. each new fasade seems to fail more than the last. no amount of new paint will save this place. it has seen it's day. last century sad to say. it is close to the i-985 traffic and near town but don't let that convienence fool you as it's what we used to say ,,,on the wrong side of the tracks. beware!

“Dirty, Toilet Overflowed, Food Bits on Floor!”

First (and last) stay at a Motel 6. Chose it because they accept pets. The room was dirty, bits of food in the nooks & crannies, you cold feel the grime & sticky stuff on the carpet. No one took their socks off! Surprise.. in the middle of the night the toilet overflowed into the room. Went to the office and demanded a refund... they gave us $10! Never again.

1) Housekeeping staff received additional training concerning the level of cleanliness required of them as our employees.

2) Maintenance staff was informed of the problem you had with the overflowing toilet in the room assigned to you. They were instructed to see to it that it is now in proper working order.

I hope that the next time you visit our area, you will once again choose to stay at Motel 6 Gainesville, GA. I think you will be greatly pleased.
