We needed a place to stay on a trip home from Florida and had driven as far as we could. The Hilltop is a AAA recommended place so we felt fairly comfortable stopping there. It was easy to find off the freeway but there is nothing around. The front desk person was nice but when we asked for directions to a local place to eat, her directions were terrible. The room was huge, but the bed was like concrete. The room's rug also could have used a good cleaning but that could have been just the dark color. The tv reception was less than adequate. Breakfast was also very sad. The big selling point was their lighted outdoor track which goes around the hotel. This may have been a very safe area, but there were people always hanging out in the parking lot and at times we felt our car was less than secure.

I have stayed here for the past few years every time I would be down in the area for training purposes and have always been pleased with my stay. The rooms are very comfy and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and will always help out when needed. The only thing I would improve on is the continental breakfast in the mornings. The selection is extremely limited and it is always the same thing. Would be nice to mix it up throughout the week with different selections. Other than that, I would recommend it for anyone coming here for training or just passing through.

had a wonderful stay , room is clean , staff are very nice , i highly recommended this hotel to all travelers. A++++++++

Hi all... Like the name says.. HillTop Garden Inn, it's off the Hwy42North Forsyth, Ga. On a nice Hill Top, no traffic noise from the highway where we stayed. My Husband & I , got in very late in around Oct , Sunday 10 ,2010 night Monday 11 Morning,we drive from Miami , Florida, we are from Nassau , Bahamas on vacation . They service us with a room A/c ,Tv,Microwave, Fridge, nice shower, iron & ironboard,& also Complimentry Breakfast . Police was there also, I met Ms. Vidya and Margaret smith, in the Morning when we were leaving and the welcome was very warm, they even told me HAPPY BIRTHDAY, and gave me a copy of her Daily encouragement word for that day , that was so sweet. As it was our first time going to Atlanta ,ga . If you are ever going to Atlanta ,ga by way of Hwy42North and need a nice place to stay Pls. try HillTop Garden Inn in Forsyth,Ga.
