I booked this at the last minute before leaving Indiana as I would be in Atlanta overnight, alone, and didn't relish finding 'usery' prices upon arrival. I was most interested in the shuttle and it arrived within 10 minutes of my call. I arrived along w/ about 10 folks who'd missed their connection and had vouchers from the airline they'd flown. The front desk guy wasn't overly friendly, but he was efficient and conciencious (and still on duty the next morning; poor guy!)
The room was dated, but spotlessly clean and noiseproof to boot! The pillows were marvy. The shuttle, though it looked as if it were going to be full, made certain all of us got to our gates. I would stay here again, and most of all, I had no reservations or misgivings to relay to my husband, who hates the idea of me doing this in the middle of the night in a strange city.
The price was key to my booking this ; it was quite affordable.

Very close to the Atlanta airport (ATL), right off I-85. Good value for the money.

First of all this is a great place to stay if you want to keep your budget low. It is affordable and clean. I didn't see any bugs. If you are someone that doesn't get out and about or know how to associate with different ethnic backgrounds then this place would look unsafe to you. Actually it is a nice quiet place. The only noises you will hear are the noises from the airport, emergency vehicles passing by or maybe a construction vehicle across the street (at time of writing). The parking lot has security cams watching them. They are not noticeable if you don't look. The side doors to the building require a security card to get in. The pool and area is clean and checked daily. The only downside is that if you are behind the resturant you may smell a dumpster or grease. That is rare. The cleaning service is outstanding, they clean the rooms very well and are willing to give you extra items if you need them. Be polite to everyone you meet, it helps. There are plenty of outlets for electronics. The mattresses are decent but don't expect it to be your home mattress. There are multiple internet connections.
For foods other than Arby and Subway which is near.
There is also the Landmark Diner down the street which is 24 hours and decent food for the prices. The portions are great for the price. The servers are awesome. To get there facing the airport take a left over the bridge. Once you see McDonalds turn on that road (left). The diner is across in the building on the corner. There is also a Thai resturant upstairs (haven't tried it yet) a Smoothie place and an Irish Pub. Have fun and hope this helps.
