Yes, I appreciate the upgrade to Club Level even though I booked through Hotwire. Yes, I appreciate the free onsite parking. Yes, I appreciate the beautiful (though dated) lobby. But would it kill them to include a TV channel list? Would it kill them to have more than one elevator that would allow me access to my floor? I know we're in the age of greed, but is $9.95 really an appropriate amount for 24 hours of WiFi?

As the hotel seems to cater almost extensively to business travelers & conferences, these little things mean a lot when you're in a hotel not with. Walking distance of anything.

Beer that's not lukewarm & an attentive wait staff in the bar would really seal the deal.

Stayed there for a class course review, and the most unanticipated experience from a seemingly reputable hotel: a dirty bathroom (seemed like vomit or blood matter) that extended to the outside of the tub. The inside of the tub and toilet was without this matter, which one can conclude that it was a "fast" cleaning that did not clean the bathroom entirely. The carpets were also stained with this mystery fluid and more evidently splattered on the light colored yellow curtains. I had the most difficult time explaining to housekeeping and their head housekeeper did not speak enough English, which would have been otherwise ok, but the matter needed clear communication. If the stay could not get any worse, the room was also infested with ladybugs. I spent my stay sharing a room with pests. Granted, they are not roaches, but any large amount of insects where I sleep is unacceptable. The most disappointing aspect was that the upper management hardly made any attempts to amend the situation. One guest services staff, Jailita Ezell, was the only reprieve, who tried to give one nights stay free, but the rest of the staff did not appropriate attempts to change the situation.

Staff and service outstanding! I love the lobby layout and grounds. Beautiful views from Bistro Restaurant. Meeting room setup and service also great.

This hotel has the best lobby for working! My flight wasn't leaving until 6pm and the hotel had a big group checking in so I couldn't get a very late out check out but it really didn't matter because I just moved my office to the lobby and got all kinds of work done! They have tables with plugs that are easy to access, free wifi in the lobby and it was really easy to make phone calls because though there were a lot of people, they have this waterfall that kind of drowns out the noise. The rooms were also great for working and of course I always love the beds at Crowne Plazas. I will be back!
