We chose this hotel for its pricing and for the mini kitchen. I contacted the manager 10 days in advance to make sure our rooms would be available for us. We had reservations for 8 days while we were preparing for our daughters wedding. We also booked a room for my mother ( who needs a 24 hour companion ), brother and sister in law for 2 nights. We were given a smoking room on the smoking floor (6th) even though we had reserved a non smoking room. Management offered to move us to a non smoking room with a single bed for the night and then to a non smoking double bed for 2 nights and then to a non smoking room with a king in 2 more nights. I had no desire to change rooms so many times so I requested smoke erasing spray and sprayed the room every hour for the 1st evening. When my 84 year old mother , brother and sister inlaw checked in they were given a double bed and a fold out couch.in stead of the 2 double bedroom. Management refused to transfer to another room saying that they were full for the weekend. The hotel notified everyone that the water would be turned off Friday 10 AM until 6PM due to a boiler repair. No water or toilets that day until 10 PM.! Management did say that they would make arrangment for guests to use showers and toilets in another hotel down the street but the line became so long that many people gave up. The overall experience was terrible. I did complain to expedia and received a $50 refund but i would never recommend this hotel to anyone

The Staff here is just simply the best we experienced, it started when my doctor told me to consider moving to a one level home, and the fact that we are always busy and gone a lot, worry of break ins and fraud in the community.
We were living in a two story town home.

So,we decided to considered a more secured community,
We looked at several homes, and then started looking at extended stays, one that would give us that single family home atmosphere.
We came here back in June and inquired to look at a suite,
we walked in and the entry was just beautiful, clean and bright.
We met JENNIFER KLEINFETIER, at the front counter,
We asked a lot of question and expressed our concerns, Jennifer was just so patient and pleasant to listen too, explaining why we will be very comfortable and happy here,
She talked about the accomodations, security, and hotel policies on privacy. gave us a key to look at a suite,
we were impressed, but wanted to look at others.
believe me, after looking at others we came back to this extended stay here in Duluth, Ga. because the others were friendly but not as impressive as our first visit with Jennifer, THANK YOU! JENNIFER. Job well done, very impressive.

On our return visit, we met ADRIENE GREENE at the front,
again another staff personnel whom was extremely friendly, enthusiastic, concerns of our needs and what it will take to make sure that the hotel will accomodate us.

We expressed that we tend to be here for a very, very long stay, in other words this will be our home for quite a while.

She took time out time to show us a room that she would put on reservation as a request, walked us around the premises, and to assure us what we saw on our first visit with Jennifer was still the same.
The exact room was available the day we move in, it just happen that way, as if she waved a magic wane. again Adriene really was impressive, she assure us of a great
home life here.

On our move in day, there was MAYELIN VARGAS at the front desk,
again another staff personnel whom greeted us with open arms, like red carpet treatment,
She was making sure that our suite was still available, and that the room was clean and that they will put there best house cleaning personnel on it,
everything we were expecting it would be, AND IT WAS,
She made us feel special and important.

MARIA VARGAS, when it was told to us whom would be preparing our room for move in and that she is the hotel's best house cleaning person, THEY WERE NOT WRONG.

Our room /suite was exceptionally clean, fresh, and filled with everything promises. (some hotels promises, but don't deliver.)
We met Maria, and she probably is the most sparkling, bright professional house cleaning person we have met in a hotel.
she is always smiling while showing her concerns for satisfaction. Maria, YOU ARE THE BEST, THANK YOU!

And course THE MANAGER - ALTON McCORD,
again the most exciting person to speak with, i mean he again greets and talks to us with such a crispy and exciting emotion, his is very concerning, caring for our needs, and I am sure everyone is treated the same on every level.

He is quick to get things done, quick to come to any requested for his presents, he shows his passion for customer satisfaction, he continues to follow up on satisfaction, and accomodations.
He is by far a very good manager and leader, his staff here is the jewell of the hotel's business.

I choose extended stay because of the price not thinking it would be much for the value. This hotel was clean the staff was very nice and understood I was in a hurry. The room was nice and clean and it had everything I needed. I was only there for one night but I felt safe and I would stay there again. I thought it was great for the value. The check in was smooth and quick and the room was nice and modern. There was a desk for me to set down and use my laptop and the wi fi was available as well. I will stay here next year.

On several trips in 08 to Duluth, ga to visit family I stayed at this hotel an enjoyed how helpful the staff was an all of the rooms are newly renovated with new amenities an its very close to the interstate an within walking distant of the Gwinnett Place mall an i have recommend this hotel to my friends an family
