Just returned from a 2 night stay at this Hyatt Place. The room was so clean, spacious. Hotle had a really nice pool which we used. Kids loved it. Lobby was very warm and welcoming in appearance. Complimentary breakfast had many options. Only thing was they need more staff members working to assist. Fitness room was clean and only had cardio equipment. It was sufficient for me. all hotel employees were very friendly and gracious. Check in/out was very simple and speedy. Entirel hotel is non-smoking. A big plus for me. I would go back to this location when I am in this area again. Hotel is about 45 min from airport.

I've always been a big fan of Hyatt Place Hotels. This one is extremely average in every way. Housekeeping was iffy and we had a difficult time with the shower going from hot to cold quickly. Not bad, not great.

Was in Johns creek for a meeting and they put us up at this hotel...nothing fancy, but extremely well kept, free hot breakfast, and helpful courteous staff!

I stayed for 3 nights during a recent business trip. The hotel overall was OK. Room was spacious and clean. Parking was free. It has a big screen LCD TV in the room with free HBO, which was nice. Complimentary breakfast was below average.

I was not satisfied with two things. First, the air conditioning was awful. It was old fashioned unit with two switches. On one switch you select high heat, low heat, stop, low cold, high cold. On the other you select the level of warmth or coldness. The AC was very noisy. I thought the first room I was in had a defective AC so I switched to another room. It was still noisy. On top of that, the AC did not stop when you get to a desired temperature! So you either stop it manually or let it run all night. The first night I endured the noise but the last two nights I just cranked up the heat before tuning it off right before going to bad. Second, I asked for a morning wake up call. It was 20 minutes late! And unlike some hotels with automatic systems, this one has real person calling. I thought that was not acceptable.

Overall, I think the hotel was just OK. Probably will not return.
