“Dirty, disrepair”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 January 2012 via mobile

We stated 3 nights. Had a handicapped room which was in a poor location, behind the pool up a steep ramp. Piled up leaves in front of the door were soon tracked into the room. We wanted to watch a special TV show on ABC the second night but noted no ABC on the cable. We were told it would be ready the next day, but of course it wasn't. All they had to say was sorry. You can do much better than this hotel in the area.

“One night stay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 November 2011

Check in was quick and accurate. The room was not too bad but is showing age.. The bathroom had a few hairs on the floor and there was a microwave that had not been cleaned in a while, baked foods stuck on the inside. Refrigerator worked well. The room was quite and slept well.

“No water!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 October 2011

Very reasonable room, clean and nice. However we weren't informed that they were going to be working on the water and consequently, just when we were getting ready to go somewhere, we had no water at all. Bit frustrating and inconvenient to say the very least!

“good place for an overnight stay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 October 2011

My husband and I spent one night recently in this hotel because we had business to take care of the next morning in the Norcross area. Check in was my breeze. There are some renovations taking place currently at this hotel. When I arrived @ nearly 9 pm, there were painters in the lobby/breakfast area hard @ work. There are rooms on the 3rd floor that open up into interior halls, but the rest of the rooms open up to the outside. My husband and I spent the night in room 311. The room was nearly at the end of the hall, and when we entered the room, the traffic noise from I-85 was noticeable, but the A/C-heat unit runs continuously once turned on which helped to drown the noise of the interstate. The room appeared to have been recently renovated. The bedspread, curtains, carpet and paint all looked new. There was no microwave or mini-fridge in this room which seem to be standard in most hotel rooms nowadays, but no big deal since we were just there to sleep. The bed was comfortable. The pillows left much to be desired. For a king sized bed, there were 4 little pillows (almost looked the travel sized pillows) on the bed, but fortunately for us, we had a couple decent sized pillows in the car. Plenty of hot water the next morning for showers and great water pressure. There was breakfast from 6 am to 9 am, but I can't tell you what was available since I didn't make it to breakfast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I'm in the area, because with my Farm Bureau Discount, the room was $42.00 plus tax per night. It was a real bargain, and the facilities were clean.
