“Worst management I have ever encountered”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 August 2010

Do not stay at this hotel! The hotel changed computer systems and lost our original reservation. Therefore our room was canceled even though it had been reserved with a credit card and we had to take a more expensive room upon arrival. After the two days it took for them to discover their error, they still refused to honor the original rate. They also charged us for the use of the safe, even though we hadn't used it. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

“Worth the money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 June 2010

The hotel is neat. The breakfast is lovely. Also the popcorn and evening snacks are a bonus.
The hotel is close to shopping malls and restaurants.

“Will not stay here again”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 April 2010

The hotel itself is OK. It was clean and the guy was nice when we checked in. We went over for a concert and when we returned to the hotel after the concert we were locked out. We checked for other doors and this OK only has one. We started knocking on the window and finally after about 30 minutes got the guy to come let us in. I guess he was in the back sleeping. We are not sure. I have never stayed at a hotel that locked the doors at night and you cant get in. If they are going to lock the doors they need to install keypads so the guest can get in with a key. Luckily we just went for the one night.

“Pleasant stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 February 2010

My stay was very comfortable. My colleagues and I felt the service was nice, the front desk was friendly. It was clean. Nothing much to complain about. We wanted to go somewhere to eat and the front desk gentleman gave a good reccommendation. The price of our stay was decent too.

“Worst Smell Ever!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 September 2009

My husband and I were returning home to Florida from a trip up North. We were quite tired and decided to just find a hotel to take a shower, sleep, and then head out again for home. We usually look at Trip Advisor before staying anywhere, but this time we were just in a hurry to find a room. Big mistake!!!! The room was not clean at all. There were bad stains on the carpet, and terrible looking stains on the seat cushions of the love seat in the room. The sheets were of the poorest quality and were a dingy yellowish/gray color. I suppose they have not heard of Clorox??? There was an overpowering odor of some sickeningly sweet cleaner that apparently had been thrown around the room in an attempt to make it seem clean. It didn't work. The hallways were very nasty, with ripped, filthy looking carpet. It was noisy, with people yelling and slamming doors all during the night. I was afraid to touch anything. I did pull the fitted sheet back to look at the mattress, fearing that it might be full of bed-bugs. I did not see any bugs, but I DID see multiple nasty stains all over the mattress....so gross!!!! I slept in my jeans and shirt, wrapped up in my own blanket (that I keep in my car). The absolute worst thing was the odor!!! The hallways smelled of cigarettes and POOP! We checked out at 3 a.m. and headed for home. DO NOT STAY HERE! I would only recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
