Stayed two nights, property was close to areas of interest for us during our visit.

Our experience included friendly service, a nice heated indoor pool (small), a clean room, yet the bed was a bit uncomfortable (cheaper spring mattress), and a decent breakfast (not complimentary), but very under staffed. Overall, it was an average.

I needed to stay close to my son for the holiday and this hotel fit the bill very well. The renovation was good and the property is being kept up very well. Yes, the water in the shower too a long time to warm up, but it did. The front desk staff members were always nice and attentive!

I recently spent four nights at this hotel. Upon arrival in the late evening after 13.5 hours of travel, I went to my room. Over the course of the next 12 hours, my roommate and I began to notice the level of cleaning of the room. There was make up on the towels, make up on the bedsheets, dust everywhere, the carpeting had not been vacuumed, the shower had not been wiped down (as in there was dirt and leftover conditioner/shampoo on the walls and the shower curtain) and the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a VERY long time. I went down and told the front desk in the morning and it was better that evening but the bathroom never was cleaned properly. One evening we returned to my pillows still on the floor, the trash can full and the towels just laid on the back of the toilet. The day we left, we used the restroom downstairs and there was TP spread here and there over the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned up.
The pillows are atrocious. Please take your own if you are able. They make them look cute and clever by balling them up but they have actually ruined all of them.
Also, there was a mix up with our billing as in someone else's name was on the bill from one of our other rooms and someone else's address from another room. I asked for the bill to be changed to my name and my address and to see if they had found my Priority Club number which they said someone must not have been able to find it.
The only redeeming factor of this hotel was that with our group rate, we were offered a free breakfast buffet every morning which was awesome. It is not normally included in the rate so will cost the normal traveler $10.99.
If you do choose to stay at this hotel, you've been warned. Do not accept the level of cleanliness that they offer. I did not have time to argue with the front desk as I was traveling with a group of people. Otherwise, I definitely would have!
