I'm staying here for the second time. This place may have a few small faults - in my room there is rough patch on the wall where some repair was made and the carpet has a frayed edge in one corner, but the desk people are wonderful, the lobby has a warm inviting sectional sofa in front of a fireplace and a big tv. breakfast was served an hour earlier than stated and had waffles, good coffee, etc. I was greeted with a cheerful good morning. Traveling with 2 dogs. Easy access to walking them. Place is quiet. Quite a few mid-age snow birds staying here. Feels safe for a solo traveler.

I stayed here last November, when it was being renovated. So I thought this would be a good stop after a long days drive from the Northern Tier of Pennslyvania. The lobby and man (chuck) behind the desk was very nice. The room also was very nice, but they could upgrade the TV. The rate was Ok, plus $15.00 for our dog.
That wasuntil it flew across the room, a 1 1/2 inch bug. I tried to capture it alive to take down to the desk clerk, but it ran under the refrigerator. So my wife call the desk, and asked for a new room. A young lady came toour room with a new key, asked where the bug was. She chased it out and killed it. I said what kind of bug was that, I had a good idea what it was, she said they call them "Plametto Bugs here." But she calls them big brown roachs. Plametto bug is the largest form of Cockroach.

we checked in very late and staff was very friendly. Our dogs were accomodated without an issue and the place was clean.

On Monday evening of this week I was on a whirlwind trip from Harrisburg, PA to Daytona Beach. I had driven 12 hours and needed some down time. I stopped in your property by chance as I was pulling a trailer & you had ample room to park. The on-duty manager, Ms Stephanie Packmayer, was terriffic! She was helpful in getting me quickly registered and suggesting a place close-by to eat. When I returned from dinner she had saved me 2 choclate chip cookies and was a very pleasant guide. KUDOS to your property in general and Stephanie in particular!
