As I enjoyed the price, at first, I was astonished to being accused of stealing linens and being charged $100.00 extra on my debit card. Common practices like these, from the manager, make my stomach and acoount hurt!! So be sure to have the manager on duty verify your room before checking out! I was traveling alone as I was moving from Florida to Ohio and was taken advantage of!

Whatever happened in the past must be in the past. My family of 3 checked in at 1:30AM after 12 hours of driving and found our room to be very clean. Not only was it inexpensive, I got a better rate by calling them direct, it was very clean, even in the corners. Sure this is no Ritz Carlton, but the carpet and bedspread was new, the place was clean, and if there was some wear showing in the tub, it, at least was clean and bug free. I would definitely stay here again, the price is right. My room had a microwave, refrigerator and it's pet friendly! I'd stay here again for sure!

This was a very good value hotel. We stayed in March, 2009. The rooms were very clean and up to date. They told us it has been recently renovated. I've paid a lot more for rooms on par with this hotel. The only downside is that it is near the highway and you can hear a lot of road noise. Use your earplugs. Overall, this was a good hotel option.

Booked a room on a coupon rate and were given a second floor room. The carpet was worn and dirty. After 15 minutes a cockroach went up the wall and I called the front desk and was told another room was waiting 4 doors down and I said "money back now" and he gave me a room in the newly remodeled wind and ask if I had a dog. My wife woke up the next morning bit 3 times by some bug. We say never again.
