We stayed here one night and it was exactly what we needed.....a bed, a shower and to be fairly clean. This hotel was all of those things plus it was not in a bad neighborhood. Not fancy but it is a good value..

The Mircotel in Conyers is located in a very congested area with lots of traffic and extremely long stoplights. The good news is that almost every restaurant and store you will need is within 1 miles of the hotel, the bad news is that it may take 15 minutes to get there! Located on a side street behind a shopping center, the Microtel is in a quiet and secluded location, away from all the noise and congestion. I arrived in the middle of a cold rain and they don’t offer a covered entrance which was annoying but this is quite clear from the picture on the web. The lady at the front desk was nice enough, but seemed pre-occupied with things other than running the hotel. I asked for a quiet room, and got a room on the first floor across from a conference room which had a party and next to a stairwell that had a door that slammed shut. The heating unit in my room would not cycle, so you either had to turn it off (cold room) or leave it on (hot room). The bed and bedding was WONDERFUL, I slept great. The internet was a little flaky on my computer, I kept getting error messages but it connected anyway. Overall, the price and location were great and I did get a good night sleep, so I would probably stay here again.

when i checked in the front desk was so nice, we got a free upgrade to a suite it was very nice, i realy felt special to get upgrated. it was the cleanest hotel. i have stayed at the hampton last time i was in conyers, the bed was not anywhere near the bed at microtel.
