We were there for a 2 night stay visiting my son in Ft Benning. From doing research I knew there would be no maid service and that was fine with us. Our room was very clean and had everything you could need. We had a bedroom with queen size bed and a recliner chair. A stocked kitchen with stove and full size refrigerator. An average hotel size bathroom with plenty of hot water and towels. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I arrived 5 hours before check in and was given a room early with a smile. I can't think of anything I wasn't pleased with. I will be back again.

If you could run a hotel the wrong way, this would be the way to do it. Upon check-in the room initially reserved was not ready (housekeeping). The next room was on the back side of the hotel set about 75 feet from Hwy 185, a road with constant and heavy traffic of all kinds. The hotel staff were notified that our hours would be worked at night requiring some adjustments so that housekeeping could clean later in the day. Not only did this not occur, the manager said she wasn't even aware of it. Between hammers, groundskeepers, housekeeping, this hotel stay has been a disaster. As a frequent government traveler, I would suggest that any tdy travel requiring stay at this hotel or any hotel of this chain be looked at critically. Don't stay here if you can help it.

Arriving at the hotel from a flight from Atlanta, with reservations made a monthin advance, I found a closed office, my reservations could not be found, the room I eventually got a room that stank and the mold gave me headache. They moved me to another room that I had to clean and change the sheets myself.

It is cheap and you get exactly what you pay for--NO SERVICE.

The people there are friendly, but are not committed to their organization, nor their facility. The Sleep Inn just in front is WELL WORTH the few extra dollars!!!!!

Right off the freeway, convenient to discout shopping (KMart & WalMart), fast food and family restaurants. Nice kitchenette, clean and quiet, even though the freeway is close. No pool, no breakfast and no hot tub though, I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about! Already booked 5 rooms for our trip in August, you have a choice of one queen bed or two twins per room. NO rollaways available!
