Check-in process is always quick and effortless. Linda made this a very warm and friendly experience. She ensures that all questions are answered and my needs are met.

We visted Columbus over MLK Weekend with two other couples to tour its museums and walk along its River Walk. We choose this hotel for it's location, price, and excellent reviews. We all agree it lived up to our expectations. Everything was as you'd expect in a hotel but often do not receive. This even includes a complete breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc., etc. Definitely stay here when you are in the Columbus area.

My wife was having surgery in Columbus and I chose this hotel based on previous reviews. Those reviews were spot on. The hotel was easy to find, close to everything, and very quiet. We selected a King Jacuzzi room which was massive, basically a full room and another half room for the Jacuzzi, sitting area, and additional TV. The breakfast was exactly what I expected and the selection was great. If we need to be in Columbus again overnight I will definitely pick this hotel again!

We stayed four nights in November when our son graduated Ranger school. We had 2 rooms.
The entire staff was truly incredible. Starting with Alicia who was so kind and courteous. I feel so bad that I forgot the other front desk womans name, but her daughter is also serving our country in Afghanistan. These wonderful women could not have done enough for us. The gentleman who prepared the breakfast in the morning was extremely hospitable, The housekeeping staff was excellent. I enjoyed my conversation with the woman who hailed from New Jersey (she was working hard all the time she was talking). Rickey (I believe he was from maintainence) was also very helpful. Everyone we encountered obviously took a great amount of pride in their work and it showed.
