My wife was having surgery in Columbus and I chose this hotel based on previous reviews. Those reviews were spot on. The hotel was easy to find, close to everything, and very quiet. We selected a King Jacuzzi room which was massive, basically a full room and another half room for the Jacuzzi, sitting area, and additional TV. The breakfast was exactly what I expected and the selection was great. If we need to be in Columbus again overnight I will definitely pick this hotel again!

We stayed four nights in November when our son graduated Ranger school. We had 2 rooms.
The entire staff was truly incredible. Starting with Alicia who was so kind and courteous. I feel so bad that I forgot the other front desk womans name, but her daughter is also serving our country in Afghanistan. These wonderful women could not have done enough for us. The gentleman who prepared the breakfast in the morning was extremely hospitable, The housekeeping staff was excellent. I enjoyed my conversation with the woman who hailed from New Jersey (she was working hard all the time she was talking). Rickey (I believe he was from maintainence) was also very helpful. Everyone we encountered obviously took a great amount of pride in their work and it showed.

I stayed for one night on a business trip...one of the nicest Holiday Inns I have ever stayed at ...and I travel quite frequently. Front desk was fast, courteous, The hotel has a wonderful clean lavender type scent to it that made it feel very homey. I stayed in a king suite and the room was huge with a kitchenette. The best surprise for me was opening the double doors that were located inside my room and finding a huge separate room with a whirlpool tub that would fit 3 people, it had a flat screen and comfy chair in the room as well. Bed linens were crisp and clean, and I slept like a baby. Breakfast options were great and tasty. The hotel is located around several restaurants that are within walking distance. Great hotel...I will be booking here for all of my future business trips to Columbus!

In town for a family event and needed a nice place to stay. Clean comfortable rooms and great staff. Close to restaurants and shopping in a nice part of town.
