An interesting hotel conversion of an old mill. Great location for walking to nearby restaurants. There are train tracks nearby so if you are a light sleeper, beware but the trains were not bothersome to me.

My Husband and I love to come to Columbus when we have time off from work. We would not think of staying anywhere else. The Marriott downtown is a wonderful hotel. It is one of the best hotels that my husband and I have ever stayed at. The staff are always friendly and the hotel is always clean and comfortable. We love to eat dinner at Houlihan's and then go out and enjoy the local night life which is within walking distance of the hotel. Room service is great and we enjoy breakfast in bed before check out. Coffee from the coffee shop located in the lobby is always something we look forward to. We would recommend the dowtown Marriott to anyone staying in Columbus.

My wife and I travel to Columbus every Thanksgiving and if we have the ability to get away throughout the year. We choose to hear as it is centrally locate to my family and has a nice executive size fitness area with well maintained equipment.

I have always had a great experience when I have stayed at the Marriott in June for the week of the Miss Georgia Pageant. Any problems(very few) have come up and if so, they were attended to immediately. I would not even think of staying anywhere else. I want to commend one of the bellhops, Reggie, who goes above and beyond to make sure my roommate and I have everything we need. He has been so kind and gracious to us over the years and is always anxious to do what ever he can. This will be my 7th stay in June and I look forward to it.
