The room had a king bed and was clean. The bathroom was a little dated, but it was clean. The staff was helpfull.

The breakfast was OK.. the waffles were good, but the eggs were not.. there was only one selection of fruit.. oranges.

Very eager to please, friendly. Welcomed our large family without a blink. Clean. The lady manning the breakfast counter stared rather rudely, but we just ignored her. Pool was nice.

I saw the good reviews and wanted to stay here. I booked my room but then later had to cancel the first night of my stay. I called customer service and the lady said it went through. I asked about a confirmation number and she said it would remain the same. It turns out the lady didn't do her job. When I got off my plane i saw voice mail and soon discovered that I had been charged for the night I had cancelled and the rest of my stay had been cancelled. The customer service clerk at the hotel did not speak English well and was very rude. I will definitly make it a point to not stay here when I return to Fort Benning in the comings months to see my husband who is in training.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights.

Pros:The room was clean.
The beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was good.
There are fridges and microwaves in the rooms.

Cons: If you are a non-smoker be aware that the 2nd floor is mixed with smoking and non-smoking rooms. The smell inside the non smoking rooms and the walk down the hall was not great.
The rooms are small.
The internet connection is terrible here. It took us several minutes just to open one web page.
During our stay in the middle of the summer they decided to change their pool system from chlorine to salt water. So, the pool was closed the whole time. I could understand doing this around September when all the kids are in school. My son was bummed about the pool.
This didn't affect us but...one factor for families w/ small children - there are no bath tubs just showers.
