Stayed at this Courtyard on 12/18/11. Basic hotel but clean, adequate amenities, and courteous and helpful staff. Got a good price, which included dinner or breakfast, and we chose dinner, which was provided right at the Courtyard Cafe. Also used the shuttle to the airport, and that was fast and the driver helpful and courteous. Good security, also.

Nice people and fair service. Internet with the in room eithernet was very slow and the cord was very short. No cups in the gym to drink from the water dispenser. For dinner I had a soup and a turkey sandwich for $22.00 (including tip). It was overpriced but good. Really liked having the WSJ in the lobby to read, good touch. This hotel is a good deal considering some of the surrounding hotels charge for parking. No free breakfast here, but one next door at the Fairfield Inn.

This hotel had what you expect of the chain - simple, no frills business hotel, but comfortable enough for a night or two while traveling.
Pros:
- It has a nice modern lobby and a good business center
- rooms were adequate with everything you might need and the showers were great!
- free shuttle to airport; most hotels in this area have one!
- beautiful patio/courtyard area outside
- gym seemed nice, though I did not use it

Cons:
- Not in the best neighborhood; in all honesty, I didn't wander around too much, but didn't feel too safe either.
- Staff could be friendlier; ordered me a cab that was a bit of a rip-off
- Bistro has very minimal food options, though the Starbucks is nice
- The room and hallway smelled really odd, like very cheap cleaning solution which gave it an unpleasant feel
- no wireless internet - had to use the intranet cable that came with the room, which was way too short
- quite noisy and if you are a light sleeper, you will definitely be awakened by airplanes taking off, as well as the occasional train that seems to pass nearby

Sometimes you just have a bad extended stay. I guess it was my turn.
I arrived at the property late for a dinner meeting. Otherwise I never would have accepted this room.
After a short wait at the unattended check in counter My greeting was " oh a priceline reservation". First floor room with high risk sliding glass doors. The worst room ever.. 5 steps from the elevator 9 steps to the outside door. No TV guide or channel guide. limited cable channels. Old dirty clock radio. Worn scratched stained furniture. No ice machines on the 1st floor The "special priceline room" had comforters with holes in them. The Doors to the closet had broken mirrors. The maid service never put in creamer sugar packets. The Sink area was the smallest area I have ever seen. After a couple of nights thrashing on a double bed the mattress pad slipped off. When I started to remake it I became disgusted by the multiple pea stains on the mattress. And the ratings experts give this 3 stars. Also the lobby, checkin and Food service areas are cramped small and would fit in the Restaurant at the Hilton Garden Hotel less then a mile away.
I AM SURE somebody could argue you get what you pay for. BUT I like to think Hotels who strive to maintain a 3 star rating and accept reservations as a 3 star property should give that level of service Is it unfair to expect that the entire property be 3 star and Hotel's don't have the "special" rooms for cheapskates or squeaky wheels. There are many better hotels within a mile of this place. Do yourself a favor and pick one of those.
