We had to stay here because we missed our conncting flight out of Atlanta. The front desk staff were courteous and prompt. There is also free breakfast and the Mexican restaurant in the hotel seemed fine, nothing stellar. However, the hotel itself is a different story. The rugs are bare in some spots, the elevator didn't work, the shower didn't work, and the blowdryer didn't work. Two of the very few machines in the "gym" (I use that term loosely) were out of order. The hotel itself is fairly quiet, however, if you are looking for rest and relaxation, look elsewhere.

Lobby area very nice, desk staff was fantastic!!! There was a pool and weight room, but closed during our stay as well as a business center with one computer. Our room was nice, quiet, but some issues. The bed was very comfortable with new pillows and mattress. The shower handles in Room 223 need to be secured to the tub wall. They are out. The halls and floors need some new carpeting. There needs to be coffee in the lobby in the morning. Breakfast was served at 6:20, the same time our shuttle left. It would be nice to have it a little more on time. It says it is served from 6 AM. Great stay on Delta's partial dime. I usually choose higher quality hotels, but this was nice, and an excellent value! Would stay again! OH, and I LOVE the Waffle House next door!!!

I read some of the negative reviews and I don't understand. My flight was cancelled during the New Year Eve's weekend leaving me in strranded in "Hot Lanta".

While this is not the Ritz, it's a very nice comfort inn. It's clean, the staff is friendly and the value for my dollar was great! It is an older property, however, it's well-maintained.

We had to stay here because Delta put us up here because of plane troubles. The lobby looked nice, but that was it. When we got into the hallways towards the rooms it looked like a dirty fly by night hotel. Our room was like walking into a bad nightmare. We were afraid to sleep on the bed because we were sure there had to be bed bugs. Even sleeping on the chair didn't help we both ended up with bed bug bites. After we'd been there about an hour, the woman in the room next to us was yelling on the phone, we could hear her entire conversation, it was filled with cuss words.
We should have stayed in the airport rather than taking a room at this hotel. This place needs to be closed.
