After my flight was canceled in ATL during my travel from Jamaica back home to NY, I decided to grab a hotel. Unfortunately, we were the last flight to get canceled at 1230am and most hotels were already booked, so rather than going 20 miles out of ATL, I decided to give Super 8 a try. They said 5 minutes from airport, free wi-fi, and free breakfast so I thought why not for just one night. I even paid an extra $25 for a late checkout since my flight was not rebooked until 9pm the next day. WORST NIGHT OF MY LIFE! I got into the room around 3am and was so exhausted that I basically threw off the comforted and passed out on the top white sheet. When I woke up, there was a HUGE cockroach on the pillow right next to my head! I nearly screamed jumping out of bed! When I really looked around, I saw 3 inch cockroaches ALL over the room. I hadn't seen the night before because of the dark rug! The bathroom had spiders and mold everywhere. The sheet I had been laying on had a huge yellow stain in the middle. When I called and told them about the cockroaches, it didn't even phase them and they offered to do nothing. They then basically told me I was SOL bc all the rooms were booked. I gathered my things and told them I was checking out right now. I told them I wanted my money back. They gave me the $25 back for the late check out. But when I got home, I realized they refunded me the $25, but then charged my card a second time! I am still fighting with them through my credit card company! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!

Due to traffic My family and I got stuck in Atlanta overnight. So I did quick booking for cheapest hotel available. in a morning when we woke up my husband complained about rush, later in airport my son showed me same thing. Coming home i did some research and found out that it is common bed bugs bites. So please avoid this hotel. i had to wash everything and still afraid for them to spread to my home.

This is my second stay at this hotel.

I found the staff to be courteous and I had no major issues or concern.

However, I found the following problems:
1. Towels were very dingy
2. Arm chair a bit worn
3. 2nd Floor hallway very stuffy

Other than the minor issues above. I would recommend this location for a short stay.

for the price, i gave it 3 stars. for the cleanliness and amenities 2 stars. they will let you park there if catching airplane for a daily fee. 1st room was nicer than 2nd on our return trip. 1st had little fridge and micro and was cleaner. nothing happened to our car, parked there for a week. so with that and price for a nt it was ok
