I've stayed at Hyatt Places before and I've never been a fan. When I travel for work I like having the option of room service which they dont have. You can order food but you have to go down and get it. Their choices are not very good. They have sandwiches and pizzas.. The room is ok, they do have a large flat screen but if you need to work at the desk you can't see it. The temperature control in the room doesn't work, you either have to leave the cooler or heat on or off that's it. There is also no tub in the bathroom, only a shower. Also, they don't offer free lotion in the room. Because I travel and take a carry on I try not to pack too many liquids do I usually leave lotion behind and use the hotels, this hotel offered none. I held a two day training in one of the meeting rooms and the tables were not cleaned for the second day of class. Overall, if you need a place just to spend the night it's fine but there are better hotels right across the street.

The rates were good. The hotel was very nice and clean. Would have left 4 stars until 6+ cars were broken in to by smashing out car windows the last night we stayed. This did not happen to me personally, but did happen to 2 other families we were traveling with. The hotel did have security guards present that night. I know, I saw one if not two. You would think they would have heard the car alarms going off? It is awful to have your friends go out to get ready to leave and find their windows broken. The hotel acted suprised. Do security guards not make nightly rounds of the property? How do you not know cars have been broken in to? I will not stay here again with my family.

Very conveniently located only five minutes or so by shuttle from the Delta terminal. The hotel is modern and well maintained and provides very good value for the price. The rooms are large and comfortable, with excellent beds and a large flat screen television. The front desk staff was cordial and helpful. There are many airport hotels to choose from in Atlanta, but this is one of the better ones. My only complaint was that the room carpeting was badly in need of cleaning, to the point that walking barefoot on the carpet resulted in very dirty feet.
