The service here was horrible, from the shuttle driver to front desk manager this hotel needs a different group of front faces that actually smile. The shuttle driver did not help lift our luggage and then actually ASKED for a tip. She was awful. I had arrived before 3pm this past Friday and the front desk manager said there were 5 people ahead of us before we could check in. We waited for 10 minutes and asked a different agent and were given a room immediately. Within those 10 minutes no-one checked in. My wife arrived after me, and I had notified the front desk manager to add her to the reservation and when she checks in to just give her a key, because I was going to sleep, 2 hrs later... Jevon calls me to inform me i had to come down, because the front desk manager did not update our reservation. Lack of Communication, and willingness to go above and beyond by the Front desk manager.
At check out my wife forgot her phone in the room, we had already left and had asked Jevon to overnight the phone due to the fact my wife was returning to Atlanta on Monday. Saturday comes and the GM at a different hotel informs me that we had no packages, we trace to package and its coming Monday at 11am, how does this help me when my wife returns to Atlanta Monday at 10am? The front desk manager has absolutely no people skills, and Jevon and just a warm body hovering the front desk. When we tried to get in contact with the the GM, she has still not returned our calls and its wednesday. This property needs stronger managers and maybe a stronger management company.
We will not be returning to this property.
