I wish the people that worked here had a nice building to offer customers. The service was five star. They correctly handled my midnight reservation for park-and-fly later that morning. The shuttle driver to the airport even gave directions on where to pick up the bus. They took my return flight time and showed up at about that time, without my needing to call.
And the parking rate is very, very good. For a 7 to 10 day trip, it is about the same price as economy parking.
After I returned, I spent the night. While I tend to stay at upscale facilities (see the Park Hyatt reviews), which have different standards, this building was in poor shape compared to other budget options. There's no elevator. The floor had noticeable dips and rises, strong and weak spots. The doors and walls were scuffed, and a bathroom light was out. The sink handles spun around, and the showerhead was not clean. On the positive side, there was a lot of room, the bed was firm (though that might be from a lack of box springs), and the heater temperature worked.
Overall, I will consider this Super 8 for future airport parking needs, but I would not stay here otherwise.
