I am used to staying in higher end places so I may be biased. Booked on Priceline. Supposed to be 2 star hotel. Showed up. Woman at the front desk claimed that PL put me in a smoking room and I did I really want that. Of course not. Don't know if this was some kind of trick to put me another room but she changed the room number to a non-smoking room. The non-smoking room was clearly a smoking room covered with Lysol spray or something similar to knock out the smoke smell. Not happy. The bed was scratchy and I felt there were bed bugs. Not sure if there were or not, but I was not comfortable. Not a pleasant experience at all. Dislike. Will not do this again.
