The hotel is nice, but management is poor. You'll be alright as long as you don't have any problems. Management will not address your problem or return your phone call. Beware.

Stayed here while in town closing on our new house. The staff was wonderful and our room was quite large and very clean. Over all a great stay, we will stay here again!

I checked in the Express on Monday. Tuesday morning , I went down to breakfast, there was no Splenda, knives, boiled eggs, or fruit. The internet also was down I went back to my room to take a shower. The coalking was gone from the back side of the tub. The water would not drain, it backed up to my ankles. I had my room reserved for 2 days. I did not want to stay another day. I hated leavig the manager Ms. Upshow was very nice. I went to the Hampton across the street for my second night, it was very nice, really enjoyed the stay there.

Stayed here for two nights on business in Canton, GA. The front desk clerk was very flirty and she was not very professional. She forgot to have me sign the check-in paperwork and disturbed me to come back down at 10PM and sign it. The breakfast was adequate but poorly prepared. The eggs were overcooked, the pastries were dried out and there was no creamer for the coffee. I received a business fax which was on paper that had an advertisement on the reverse side. The place appears to be run as cheaply as possible. One of the worst Holiday Inn experiences I've had to date.
