The pet fee of $15 was not stated anywhere on the website although it made a point of saying "pet friendly." The room made a good first impression, despite the fact that we prefer not to have outdoor entrances. There had clearly been recent updates, most notably new cabinets and granite counters at the sink area. The bed was very comfortable as advertised, and the room furnishings looked newer and attractive, plus, had we needed it, there was a refrigerator and microwave. On the down side was the very tiny toilet/bath area which had not shared in some of the updates. The flooring was clearly much older than the rest of the unit, the paint was peeling in several places on the wall, and the shower head needed replacement. It was noisy outside the unit, and the breakfast area was not intuitive to find as it was entered from around the back of the first building having been converted from a hotel room. It was far too tiny to accommodate the breakfasters so people were crowded around with no place to sit, and the food was disappointing as well.
All of this would have been ok if the price had been in the same ballpark as a Super 8 or similar, but we paid more expecting more. We won't be back
