“Not up to Hampton Inn Standards”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 November 2011

This is a very tired Hampton Inn. It needs to be renovated in a big way. We stayed in a "non-smoking" room that smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in the room. The hotel itself was not as clean as i am accustomed to in a Hampton Inn type property. I would recommend this hotel be next on the renovation list. The one highlight of the short stay was the morning breakfast! it was excellent and manned by two very nice ladies that were very happy to help in any way that they could.

“First Class Hotel with the Essentials for Business Travel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 July 2011

We were conducting business in Carrolton, 12 miles down the road. This Hampton was clean with new or nice furniture and facilities. They have a comfortable common area that we sat around and drunk a 6 pack as we discussed personal and business topics. Bremen has no night life so you have to go to the close by grocery store for the beverage of your choice. Typical continental breakfast of scambled eggs, bacon and waffle iron. While this hotel is not fancy, there was nothing that they did that was wrong. Seemed to be well managed with employees that really care.

“Fantastic Hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 June 2011

Always a great stay with Hampton Inn; however, the atrium really sets this place apart from the rest. Great ambiance and friendly staff.

“Great staff, clean and worry free”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 November 2010

We used our reward points for this stay and found it to be clean, well staffed, and a very pleasant stay. We were traveling over Thanksgiving and the service could not have been better. Cheryl Baird is the general manager and she was very accomodating and nice to work with. We were able to upgrade to a jacuzzi room. The suite was huge and very nice. I will admit I didn't think the lighting in the living room was good - there were no lights around the mini-bar area. Also, the refrigerator didn't work, but we weren't using it. The breakfast bar had good food and a very attentive hostess. This is a small Hampton Inn, but I found it to be up to the standards I expect from Hampton Inn. I would stay here again.

“Blood and Bleach Stains - Keep on Driving!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 November 2010

was checked into one room - found fridge unplugged and musty smell - so was transferred into another. in second room, took apart bed (to check for bedbugs, saw none) and found large bleach/blood stain in the center of mattress - gross! also, layer of skin and hair on both recliner and desk chair. was up throughout the night worried about cleanliness and bloodstain. checked inn on aaa rate, received bill for regular rate, went to desk 1st thing in the morning to get aaa rate and was told no problem - she would fix it. turns out, she fixed it so that i was charged twice the regular rate on my credit card, though one was refunded later. hilton has a 100% guarantee but was told by the woman at the desk i couldn't complain at check-out...only during the stay.
