Had the operortunity to stay for a week. Motel was great and very clean. Katie behind the desk was very professional in her job. The rooms where very clean and in good working order. Linen and towels where changed on a daily bases. The housekeeping staff was very pleaseant. Linda and the resturarnt staff where fantastic. The breakfast and lunch where reasonable priced. George the cook does an excellent job. The entertainment in the lounge at night is very enjoyable and (Mom and Dad) do a great job singing. From Rick the owner to Ronnie tha maintenance man they are fantastic people . Best place to stay in Winter Park

Stayed with daughter while taking tour of Rollins College. We have been spoiled and normally stay at Westin Hotels (using credit card points). These beds were not heavenly. The pillows were not especially nice. There was a musty smell. The property is tired and needs some improvement. We would not choose to stay her again.

This place is in a good location but needs a lot of work. For the price it is very outdated and dirty! I have stayed in other hotels that were lease expensive and better quality! My mother and I checked in, and went to grab something to eat. I wished that we had checked the room out before we ate. Once we got to our room to unwind for the evening, I was conducting a scope of the room I found that the bathroom was dirty! The first thing I saw liquid substance on the floor, then notice that something that looked like urine was on the lid of the commode. I called the front desk about the situation, and they asked me to come and get another key for another room (Bad customer services). I just wanted to get out of that nasty room! Well the next room that they put us in was dusty. At this point we were tired and had to be up by 4am to for surgery at Winter Park Memorial. Hope this review would help you in making your decision.

I've had the pleasure of staying many places across the US. I don't really require much other than four walls, a roof and a nice bathroom. These requirements were met but I thought I'd add some insight into this "gem" of a motel.

The lobby has an internet terminal which is nice. There's a lounge/bar attached to the inn that is pretty fun. It has a regular duo lounge act that are pretty fun. The only bad thing about the lounge and it's attached patio area is that it's below a number of the rooms. It was pretty loud for some of our comrades traveling with us. If you do stay, ask if you can stay away from that area. It's also next to the pool. I didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on it's strengths. It's water in a hole, nothing new there.

The "inn" is laid out in blocks with parking in between. We stayed on the last block of rooms. It's hot in the daytime of course, so if you stick to the corridors once you leave the lobby you can keep out of the heat and get to your rooms, vending and your room. Be careful at night as always.

The rooms are dated no doubt, but serve their purpose. There isn't any wifi, just wired internet, so prepare to sit at the desk and do your internet activities.

Our room was cleaned daily, nothing was stolen and the front desk gave us towels when we asked.

It's pricey in my opinion for what you get. There aren't that many other options in Winter Park. But with a Chipotle Mexican Grill in walking distance, a dry cleaner and a cool punk rock/counter culture shop in walking distance I was happy.
