I am on an extended stay with this hotel. Staff has been very helpful with any problems and addresses problems immediately. Hotel is in a very convenient location and staff has been kind with their knowledge and information about area and directions. I have a very nice and clean, comfortable room. The cleaning staff has been excellent and very trustworthy. The hotel has 24 hour security on premises which accounts for a lot when a woman is traveling and staying alone in an unknown place. I am enjoying my stay and would consider staying here again in the future.

Thank you very much for your kind words. We are glad to hear that you are enjoying your stay with us. We take great pride in our staff and enjoy reading reviews such as yours.
Security is on site 24 hours a day and takes a great deal of pride making sure your stay is an enjoyable one.
Keep in mind that Lego Land open this October and we'd love to have you come back to enjoy the park with your family. Our property is just about 3 miles from the park.

Worst place I've stayed. Messed up the reservation, gave me a stinky smelly smoky room that was supposed to be non-smoking, then asked me if they could just spray it. They did find another room, but it had just a moldy stinch to it, and a little less smoke smell than the first room. Cable TV was not in my room, wasn't able to watch College football. Oh, I'm glad I remembered the silverfish bugs too. Overall, the rooms and staff both need an overhaul. Positive Notes - ice machine worked and pool was clean. Beware.............
