Customer service is limited Management refused to refund the remaining days of our stay that we had paid in advance we needed to check out earlier then expected and wanted the unused days refunded manager gave us run around and would avoid our calls and refused to refund our money he stated the accountant said no money was due to us Hello if u pay for a week and use three Days wouldn't that mean you have four Days that need to be refunded unbelievable I thought this was a business?

Air conditioning was noisy and only blew hot air. Dirty bed sheets, towels, bath tub, sink, counters, floors. Hair dryer would not hang up and Ironing board was broken. Owner is nasty!!

I was here on business for 6 nights. We had to call for new towels everyday and never did get new hand towels or washcloths after the 1st night. Our room was not even touched for 2 of the days we were there. Hairdryer was barely hanging on the wall and did not work. Bathroom door was sprung and wouldn't close. By far the worst Days Inn I have ever stayed in. It is set in an area that is very depressed with lots of vacant buildings. A boarded up hotel behind this one with kids playing on the property. Stay away from this place.

I stayed one night for a soccer tournament. Made the reservation throgh 1-800-DAYS-INN and gave me a price. When I did the checkout they charged more than what the reservation said. I showed them the email with the reservation and they said that they made an error but could not fix it bacuse they didn't have the password, that they'd credit my card the following day. A week went by and when I called to ask what happened they simply hanged up on me.
