TERRIBLE! Dirty, disgusting, stains of god knows what on walls, doors, and bathroom. Bed is a matress on a board. Remote was missing back and batteries, probably previous guests stole the batteries. Bulldoze it down completely. Never stay there, ever! Pool was big but I would never go in as the water looked moldy. Disgusting place!

We stayed here in September and were happy with it so returned. It is cheap and clean, Usually have the pool to yourself. The few people around are friendly. Rooms very nice and cleaned daily. There is a lovely i-hop on site so you dont have to go far. Pool is lovely. Cleaned twice a day. About 15 mins from I-Drive, Seaworld etc so worth saving money by staying here. We said we would come again and we did!

To put it nicely they offer no amenities besides a really nice heated pool.The location is really great too, actually its only 6 miles from disney world. I slept well despite the issues listed below. The size of the rooms are really big with a balcony but the bathroom isnt clean at all it was rusted and dated. The lobby though is very nice and clean. There is a perkins across the street that offers amazing food for great prices. I stayed here once before but it was a late nite check in and the kids and I were tired so we didnt do very much around the hotel. Upon first glance the hotel looks nice but after a second look I didnt like it at all. We found a needle in one of the drawers, I dont think it was used but it makes you wonder what their regular clientele includes and whether their cleaning people check stuff after the guests check out. Anyways, at this stay there was a terrible smell of turpentine which intoxicated the whole hotel(they said they were stripping the walls and it was 9 pm the machine was loud and the smell was so strong!~).I wish they would have told me about the renovations when I checked in. The receptionist refused to move me since she said the smell was affecting the whole hotel. My kids and I were miserable the whole nite, they refused to refund my money although finding another hotel at the time of nite it was, was not an option, the manager was supposed to contact me but never did. All in all this hotel disappointed me big time compared to my first stay.

Warning. this is no hotel, it just a dump on the worst side of town, soo disgusting i was not even able to spend one night there. very old and run down , this place should be buldozed down As soon as possible.. It just stinked..
