Made reservation a month in advance, explaining we had 2 adults and 4 children requested a kitchenette. Arrived to no kitchenette, late Friday night. On Saturday had to get maintenance, due to shower water being either cold or extremely hot, no happy medium. After the weekend, Manager Marissa decided it appropriate to then inform me that we had to many people in our room and basically said I lied to them about number of people in our room.(what happened to customer service and customer is right) After lengthy argument in which I threatened a lawsuit, she finally left me alone about the number of people in my room. Put a Do Not Disturb sign on door when we arrived, on wednesday of our stay I returned to room to find that housekeeping had been in my room. On Saturday of our stay we seen a cockroach in our room, mentioned something to desk staff, was told it happens all the time, that the roaches come from the extended stay building across the property. On Sunday found another roach in our room. Beds are very uncomfortable, could have put a blanket on floor and had a softer sleep. Walls in room need cleaned then repainted. There was a fitness center that was not open the entire time of our trip. Majority of staff is friendly with the exception of a few. Lucky for my family we were not at the hotel a majority of the time(Disney, Sea World, Family Obligations). Next trip to Florida, I DEFINITELY WILL NOT STAY THERE.
