WE booked this hotel to be closer to Disney world as all the other hotels were full. We arrived and there was people hanging out in the parking lot outside the bar that is attached to the hotel (which didn't make us feel very safe) We got in the room and it was disgusting. The blue carpet was stained black. The mattress wasn't even on the box spring correctly, it was halfway off of it. The beds weren't made right, so the sheets were dragging on the dirty floor. The toilet lid was broken and wouldn't close right. They only gave us 3 small towels, and the complementry plastic cups that they leave in the room were dirty. Both mattresses has small burn holes all over them. Plaster falling off the walls. Lightbulbs burned out. This hotel would be great for a drug addict to get there fix but not for a family.

as im writing this review im in the hotel room 15* first off the price for the room is unbelievable to much when the other side is way more cheaper this makes no sense and it was low season ?? within the date and is stupid secondly u gotta pay for the microwave i went to the laundry place use the microwave for 2 mins and the employee wanted me to pay i said 2 min wouldn't hurt they wanted me to rent one third my room had tiny roaches and ants not alot but its ok fourth the bathroom can be way way cleaner ever heard of TUB TILE well take a look n use it itll come out white as your teeth fifth the wifi sucks as i as im typing i gotta be on the floor by the ac just to get service try unplugging all the routers then plugging it back in (it helps) other than that the bed is comfortable i can the see months on the bed that u guys change it the bed sheets are clean pillow is really soft ihop rite downstairs also the bar, the rooms can use some repainting sink is ok nice mirrors furniture is ok it is an hotel, pool is big hardly anyone in there tv is decent GENERAL MANAGER or owner i want a different response to my review not what you wrote everyone elese i can help you guys make changes but you guys never hiring u can contact me at oldchuneselecta@aim.com

Everything was what I expected, no hidden fees like the big places, easy access to all the them park, great service

First off, the wi-fi internet did not work the ENTIRE time we stayed at this place. I told the person at the front counter and she said someone would fix it. Never happened. Don't come here if you need wi-fi.
On top of that, the first room we were given smelled like somebody had been chain smoking in there for years. We requested a different room. The second room wasn't much better. The bathroom door was broken and would not shut at all.
The final straw with this place came when I was almost jumped by a few guys who came out of the 'hidden' bar that the motel has. They were drunk and looking for a fight. I had to stay in my room to avoid them - fun times for a vacation. This place is sketchy!
Also, unless you want Fast Food, there aren't too many dining options around this place.
