If you don’t care where you sleep, you may go for this hotel, certainly not if you are on vacation or with family.
Rooms are not so clean. Probably they never vacuum cleaned the entire room. There was all kinds of crap in tight corners, behind couch, night stands etc. Towels were worn-out, bathroom was not clean. Kitchenette does not have adequate cutlery.

Stayed for three nights on a golf trip. Only 10k per night on Marriott Reward. Good location, not to far from many things except the beach. Plenty of golf and restaurants in the area.

The staff has always been very friendly, the rooms have always been clean and quiet. There is a nice shopping center across the street that has just about everything you could need. The Bank Atlantic Center is just a short drive away, as is that Sawgrass Mall and Ikea.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights while staying in FLL. It was 2 couples staying in a 2 bedroom suite using our Marriott reward points.
Location is very nice with shopping and restaurants right across the street. Room was roomy for the 4 of us. It had a small equipped kitchen, but we did not use it much. Small pool and exercise facility.
The hotel offered complimentary visits the a wonderful athletic facility 2 blocks away, with a man-made beach, 2 large pools, etc. Staff very friendly. Limited continental breakfast of bagels, muffins,
oatmeal, fruit, and coffee. Overall a very nice stay!
