Found this hotel & decided to book... It looked nice & seemed to be in a nice area. Hotel & staff were what I expected with a couple of exceptions... First the bad things... Carpets on our floor (6th) are really dirty. Lots of big dirty spots throughout the whole floor. The Internet is terribly slow. It rivals a 14.4k modem in how slow it is.

The good things trump the bad forsure! We had a soaking wet floor due to a leaking AC unit. Some of our luggage was soaked (including clothes). The staff went well beyond of what I expected and took care of me. The hot tub was... Hot! While some people might say this is a bad thing, I loved it. It was well over 110f. We just got off a cruise in which the hot tubs were at 98f.

I would be happy to say here again the next time I find myself in Weston!

Hotel is clean and my stay was good except for a small issue with some water leaking in my room. The leak damaged some luggage, but the staff was incredibly good about both fixing the leak and also taking care of the damaged luggage. As someone who travels every week, I was very impressed with how Randal and the staff handled issues. I will stay here again if opportunity allows.

I love Marriott Courtyard Hotels...no matter where you go, you get a good, consistent product. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the Weston Marriott Courtyard is only 10 minutes to Sawgrass Mills Outlet supermall. Locally lots of dining options, and you are around 45 mins from Fort Lauderdale beach in good traffic. Lots of free parking and there's a small gym, pool and hot tub. My biggest complaint was the speed of the free wifi - this internet was seriously slow, like unusable basically. Front Desk said they were aware of the problem and were hoping to have their system upgraded (whatever that means). Anyways, if internet access is important to you, then you may want to call ahead to see if they did what they needed to do to speed things up...otherwise, you won't be using the internet..even their guest terminals in the lobby were the same...unusable. First time I've been disappointed like that at the Courtyard - usually their product is flawless.

We picked a great location to celebrate New Year's Eve. A place away from all the rambustious noise and partying going in Miami where we live. It was a spur of the moment idea and we were afraid that costs would be through the roof at any really nice hotel. Well, Courtyard by Marriott surprised us. We got a great rate, comfortable room with a view, and coupons for breakfast. On top of all this, we got the best customer service from Ms. Ava. She went the extra mile to accommodate us. Our New Year's Eve could not have been nicer.
