I can not say how much we loved this amazing place. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Cheryl and Kirk and amazing staff immediately made us feel welcome. We stayed in the penthouse suite in the B and B and we stayed in the Old World Charm Cottage. Perfectly appointed both in their own ranks, it was pure luxury. We were treated better than guests, we felt like part of the family. The two puppues Raleigh and Lucy made sure of that. The beauty of this place is only second to the incredible service and impeccable taste of our most gracious hosts. We were planning our next trip back before we even left. The breakfast was to die for and Cheryl's coffee could beat Starbuck.s any day.

This is a luxury B&B/vacation rental that has been beautifully decorated with love. My husband and I have been coming here for a few years and have stayed in several units and loved them all. The cottages are fully furnished which makes you feel so at home you never want to leave. No detail has been overlooked. The new Coco Palm cottage is especially nice! You just don't find this quality of furnishings in a rental - certainly not at these prices.

What a great experience, this was my first time at a bed and breakfast and I didn't know what to expect. Cheryl and Kirk are wonderful hosts and very helpful and accomadating. The property was beautiful and it was obvious that this is a passion for them to take care of their guests.Casa Grandview is a slice of heaven in West Palm beach, close to shopping and dining but not too close as it is a peaceful, and tranquil place.
I would highly recommend Casa Grandview to anyone.

My husband and I stayed here for a one-night anniversary getaway. We booked the Penthouse Suite which was well-appointed and very comfortable with a king-size bed and jacuzzi tub. You can view photos of all the rooms and suites on their web site - yes, the photos are up-to-date and accurate! This place has all the amenities you could want: pools, hot tub, bath items, robes, coffee/tea, DVDs, area info, umbrellas, and lots more - even complimentary bicycles and beach items.

The owners, Cheryl and Kirk are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. When we arrived, Kirk gave us a tour and brief history of the property. He also pointed out the way to City Place and we did walk over there for cocktails and appetizers at Blue Martini. In the morning, Cheryl made us a delicious breakfast of fresh fruit, veggie omelettes, sausage and a side of potatoes.

The entrance to the side street where the inn and cottages are located is tricky to find. We drove past it twice before we just parked the car and walked down the street looking for the address number. Once we found it, we were pleasantly surprised. The inn and cottages line a quiet side street and are surrounded by lush tropical gardens.
