Was a pleasure to stay here. First place we saved after a 9 hour flight and it was great! Reception was very friendly (even got free cookies when ever we wanted). We were working at the Kravis Center so it was extremely close to there (2/3 minute drive). The rooms were very clean and spacious. We had a room facing I75 and considering it was always a busy road it was extremely quiet. The internet was slow at times which made Skype etc hard to use sometimes but it worked ok 90% of the time. The bar staff were great and helpful when we were asking questions. The pool and gym were excellent; clean, well stocked and warm! and the hot tub was to die for!! The only issue we really had was check out and sometimes reception could be busy which meant a fair wait to speak to someone.
Overall a fantastic experience. Check out was a little slow as we had to pay for some room service on personal cards instead of business but overall well worth a stay!
