I have just returned from a 5-night stay at the Hilton Palm Beach Airport Hotel where I attended a series of meetings. First, the pluses: The mostly foreigh-born front-desk staff is friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and well-appointed. The meeting facilities were more than adequate. Room service was prompt. Now for the downside: The hotel's restaurant is not up to par when compared with the rest of the facility. The food is pricey and average at best, with menus for lunch and dinner that are rather limited in their selections. One night a rude host and an indifferent server (our party had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, although the restaurant was not busy, and I had to ask twice for rolls) made the dining experience less than enjoyable. Management needs to make changes in the way its food service isoperated. If it does, it would be one of the best airport/meeting hotels I have stayed in.,

This is a great airport hotel, yet still not too far from City Place - the main downtown area of West Palm.
One could still hear some planes taking off from the hotel room - even though the room was not facing the airport but rather was on the other side. But overall not too bothersome - it isn't a busy airport and it was only certain planes. The rooms are in great condition, with new amenities. Wireless internet is free.
The hotel offers free shuttle to downtown and to the airport.
Hotel staff was very helpful and efficient.
A great hotel if you don't mind being close to the airport.

Location, location, location.....they have shuttles but, I rented my car a block from this place. I was able to land, pick up my rental car and check in in less than half an hour.

The room was very clean, wireless worked, neat casual dinning on pier near pool and tiki bar. Have the Grouper sandwich--it's great.

Staff was kind, helpful with luggage and always smiling. I felt welcome, was greeted by name and had a night manager send up milk and cheerios for my son from the gift shop even after closing hours.

Self parking was free no resort fees....Hilton Honors did match a price I found on another site so they do stand by their word.

Because the staff was so helpful and the location suited my needs my stay was relaxing, afforable and stress free.

Most airport hotels are good for lodging and not much else. This hotel has excellent facilities rivaling many upscale resorts. The staff is excellent, the food is very good and reasonably priced, and the hotel is well kept and up to date. I recommend this hotel to anyone.
