We wanted to like this hotel so much. They gave us cookies when we arrived, they had a lovely free breakfast in the morning, it was close to the airport, the rate was fabulous, etc, etc, etc. Overall it was fine... clean enough... but there were just some frustrating experiences. Everytime we took the shuttle, we waited for 30-45 minutes to be picked up. We had requested a crib for our 8 month old daughter. The first night we stayed, they didn't have a crib for us so we had to make a make-shift crib out of the couch. They sent us to a dirty room, before sending us to a clean room. The toilet constantly dripped.

Overall, it was an okay experience. It is good if you just need a decent hotel with a good rate that is near the airport. But it isn't somewhere to stay long term.

Security did not try to keep noise down, people passing by all night long, had to put my A/C fan all night to block outside noise. We will not stay again.
Rooms were clean, and staff was friendly. Good if you stay for one night only. No ammenities.

Had to spend an unexpected week on business with my large dog and was told this was the only hotel in the area that allowed pets. The manager and staff were very nice and even provided me with a list of local dog parks so my pup could go play. The free continental breakfast was nice as were the freshly-baked cookies they offered each afternoon. Clean room but not a lot of hot water when showering. Good value for the price and my needs!

Upon arrival spoke with heavy set black woman with a cheap weave. Provided all dulocuments from Hotels.com with confirmation of reservation. The woman stated "I don't show a reservation for you" even after providing the documents show the opposite. She was unwilling to help. While on the phone with hotels.com another woman well dressed began to offer an alternative room. We reserved a non-smoking room and had to take a smoking room due to no other rooms beig available within a 65mile Radius. In town for Barrett Jackson. There was no indications from the road as to the location of this hotel. It is hidden behind a IHOP. Was told by desk manager that someone failed to enter several online reservations as there were 3 others folks with the same concern as us.
