I have used this bed and breakfast at least 12 times and it is always the best in service presentation. They used the best linen
presentation of food is first class, the grounds pool in pristine conditions. The rooms are well appointed and spanky clean.

My husband and I stayed at the Casa de Rosa over Memorial weekend and were beyond impressed! Everything from the grounds to the pool to the cottage and the hosts were incredible! We highly recommend this B&B. We have stayed at many B&B's over the years and would have to say that Casa de Rosa is one of the very best if not THE BEST!

We can't help but comment on another reviewer whom states that the host's were 'intrusive'. This is obsurd! If hospitality is intrusive then call them guilty! Never once did we feel awkward or uncomfortable or 'watched'. Frank and Elaine made us feel wonderful. Frank offered to bring us wine at the pool on Saturday! The only thing they are guilty of is being wonderful hosts and very friendly people! And as for the breakfast! The food was fantastic, the company was wonderful and the breakfast room was beautiful as is the entire B&B. I wonder if the other reviewer had ever stayed at another B&B because in all of our B&B experiences with the exception of one, we ate at the same table as the other guests. This IS the 'typical' way that B&B's serve breakfast. It's one of the reasons we enjoy them so much! It's a family like setting and if you're fortunate enough, you may make some new friends as we did. ( :

I came to West Palm Beach with my horse actually, to take part in the Winter dressage activity in Wellington. My horse was stabled at a barn in Wellington and I was to stay for a month at the Casa de Rosa. I had never been away from my home and my husband for that long. I knew as soon as I was greeted at the door by Frank that I would be more than a guest in their beautiful home. Their unassuming hospitality was so very welcome to me. I became a part of their family as I sat at breakfast with the most wonderful people from every part of the United States and Canada. I shared in the laughter and tears of those guests who had been regulars there for many years. I thank Elaine for her faith and humor and most of all her culinary expertise. I will never forget Frank with his honest interest in my horse activities. The home and grounds are something out of a Tuscan novella. It is quiet and conducive to a retreat but also it abounds with the energy of all the various guests who grace the rooms. I encourage all those who need a place of respite but also enjoy the wonderful banter of interesting people to come and stay a while at the Casa de Rosa.

I would highly recommend staying here, the gardens and pool are like a top notch resort. Rooms were pleasant and very clean, breakfasts delicious. The house is just beautiful and well kept. I would only caution anyone who is hesitant about B&Bs because I found our hosts to be more intrusive than typical for B&Bs. They were always asking us of our whereabouts, they seem to have a lot of rules, and I felt a little uncomfortable using their pool and such as if they were monitoring us. Because of this, I did not feel totally relaxed and "at home" here. Also, although it they have room to serve guests at seperate tables, they do force you to all eat breakfast together which can be a little annoying if you don't feel like trying to make conversation with guests.
