We stayed at Grandview Gardens for 2 nights in November and loved our room. It was spacious, immaculate and quiet...and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our room overlooked the pool and gardens, a nice size bathroom, large closet, a private entrance and balcony. Peter and Rick were very nice hosts. We were provided bikes upon request. (Tip...check tires before heading out...tires definitely needed some air). Since we were there during the week, it was continental breakfast only which consisted of English muffins, cereal, coffee cake, yogurt , juice and fruit. I do agree with the gentleman's comments about coffee. We were all coffee drinkers and getting up from the table to inquire about refills was awkward. However, our host did provide us with a carafe of coffee after I requested more coffee for the table. I do recommend that Peter & Rick consider a self-serve coffee station. It would be more efficient and more welcoming. Although we liked the fact that it was a quiet, quaint B&B...we found that it was a little too quiet, especially during breakfast. Some nice background music throughout the day, or at least during breakfast, would add to the ambience and change the more formal atmosphere. The location was perfect...very close to the shopping mall and grocery store district...yet far enough away, 10 minutes to Palm Beach/Worth Avenue area by car, and 10-15 minutes to the airport. The area is great for taking a morning or evening stroll, nestled among Key West looking bungalows and lovely tree-lined streets. I'm hoping my comments will not offend the owners...we would definitely stay there in the future and recommend this lovely B&B to our friends.

Thank You! Your review is wonderful because it is complimentary, but also honest with suggestions. We have actually implemented many suggestions from guests. We haven't ever received feedback that it is too quiet...so you were the first...but I think it depends on what you're looking for. We do have music in the mornings inside, but not outside because some guests like to sleep late and want to enjoy the peace and quiet. However, we do typically turn on music around the pool if guests are laying out in the sun (unless they specifically ask for quiet). In any case, its a good idea to be proactive about knowing what the guests want and react accordingly. Thank you again!
