We were passing by and It was almost 10PM, We just needed a place to rest our head. I checked their website and called the hotel directly, The front clerk Daniel told me the same price as the website, He asked me if I want to reserve it, I told him, we were close by and would show up shortly. He said it's fine as long as rooms are availble.
When We arrived, It was a lady at front, She told me a price was 40%+ higher, I told her I just talked to Daniel, She told me He went home and had no idea how he qouted me the price, I ased if she could call him, She said NO. I told her I got the same price on their web. I pulled out my laptop in their breakfast area to check, she called the security, I found it was very insulting. At that point We didn't want to stay in this hotel for any price. I quikly booked Hilton 7 miles away, which is the kind hotel we use to. We used points & cash which was turned out less money out of pocket than this MOTEL.

Besides the service, Just from the simple lobby & breakfast area, It doesn't look like a nice place to stay. Not even for one night.
