I've stayed at several Marriott Courtyards over the years, and this one was average...which is good. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were overpriced, so I elected to go elsewhere. The only other negative I found was that it was not the easiest to find. It's not situated on a main road, rather in a sort of commercial subdivision, with inadequate signage leading to it. The room's price was moderate; could have done better if I shopped around a little more. Overall, OK though.

Look, this isnt the Hilton but you cannot beat this place for cleanliness, a great professional staff with A-1 service, a comfortable bed, a creative design space with the bathroom welll positioned behind the bedroom area. I would go to this place again for all the above reasons. For the money they deserve a terrific rating. I travel all the time and this takes the cake. Kudos for the staff. The are Ritz Carleton material!

Was staying here at the end of a combined vacation and business trip....10 nights in hotels in 10 days. A great place to relax!!! Close to the interstate but quiet. No noise from other rooms or hallways.Beautiful, peaceful lobby and courtyard. Opted for the Romantic Package which included champagne and strawberries at check-in and breakfast each day. All staff were incredibly nice. Considering staying there again on my next trip to the area.

Normally, I am a fan of Courtyard. On this booking, I used an online discount reservation process that locked me into this hotel BEFORE I read the TA reviews. I have to admit I thought I blew it on this one. Absolutely wrong.

It is true that this location is due for a Courtyard renovation in Nov 2011, but I found my room, facilities, pool and business center in excellent condition. No peeling wallpaper or dirty bathroom conditions as reported in other experiences. I had a room facing I-95 with a high treeline buffering sound. It was very quiet. The generally surroundings are a corporate complex with no thru-traffic or any sign of loitering. I felt very safe.

The pool and landscaping was gorgeous! I did not get to try the $10 breakfast but opted for an $8 monster breakfast at Cracker Barrell nearby. Several of the staff members that I encountered were very friendly.

The only downside is that I found the 1st floor side entrance accessable without my pass card, twice. I reported it to the desk and they seemed to take it seriously. A great stay.
