This is the 3rd. time I have stayed here while visiting my elderly mother. This year it was an emergency so my daughter and grandchildren came with me. I cannot say enough about the staff. I wish I knew the name of the pleasant young lady that was on the desk for most of our say, she said she was Cuban, she was ever so helpfull. The room was clean, maid service was great and the price was right. Our stay was oct 11, 12 & 13th of oct.,20011 and I will surely stay again. Mrs D. From New Hampshire

Very nice place to stay to visit Weeki Wachee. I only give it an "average" because of a couple of minor problems.

First there was no soap or shampoo in the room. The desk clerk gave me more than enough, but it should have been in the room in the first place.
The only other problem wasn't really a problem. It is more or less an observation. The only hot dish they had for breakfast was the make your own waffle. Also, there is usually yogurt for me wife. They didn't have any.

I wish I could give a "very good" or "excellent". It really is a nice place to stay. The room was larger than normal, but the bathroom was small. It was clean and seemed to be well kept, but the drink machine would not take my bill.

I completed an online survey where I mentioned the above and received a very nice email from the manager. I appreciated that.

The bottom line is I would gladly stay here again even with the minor problems.

Great price for a very clean room. We stayed one night on the road between Key West and Pensacola. The staff was excellent, we were very pleased with our stay.

We had no complaints about our stay at this Best Western. The rooms were clean, newly renovated, and the service was friendly and efficient. The continental breakfast was more than adequate easily holding us over to lunch.

Negatives - a little black mold growing on tile of pool, Rm 101 hears noise from early preparation for the continental breakfast.

We'd definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.
