We arrived by chance at this Hampton Inn to one of the warmest welcomes we have encountered. The check in was efficient and very friendly, warm cookies offered and a pleasant room with good facilities. This hotel is just off the Interstate so we had expected some traffic noise but our room was quiet and very comfortable (we looked out onto the car park but we don't expect to sit looking out of the window!) There was a pleasant pool area with better pool towels than supplied in some hotel bedrooms! There was a good selection of restaurants nearby, one just across the carpark.
We were provided with an excellent breakfast in the morning and check out was just as quick and friendly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Heading north and decided to pull in for the night and finish the trip in the morning. Manager was out front when I pulled in admiring one of his customers new cars. He followed me in and checked me in himself. Extra friendly and gave me two cookies to boot. Rooms very clean and all non smoking. Bed very comfy. Breakfast in morning was very good and server very friendly also. Upon check out I was asked if I would be shopping at the outlets as they had discount coupons available. Nice folks. Wish I had the time to go shopping but may be back with holidays coming up. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here several times over 20 years while visiting my in-laws and the last time (4 days 25-28 Sept 2011) we were treated very well by Claire at the front desk. She helped us with a last-minute reservation for my 89 year old mother-in-law, who we are moving north. The hotel not only has cookies in the afternoon, but also chilled bottles of water and chips, more than the other Hampton Inns offer. The breakfasts were very nice and again, one of the best breakfasts at Hampton Inns (and we stay a quite a few in our travels).

I had Hilton Honors points to use and decided on this hotel. The location is great for shopping since it is about 100 feet to the Vero Fashons Outlets mall. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was quiet. The hot breakfast was decent (for free) and free snacks were provided in the afternoon. The only drawback is if you want to visit the beach, it is a 20-30 minute drive.
