Never even got the chance to book the hotel. I just got off the phone with someone at the hotel named LaKisha (or something similar); she answered the phone with an attitude before I even got to say hello; I was trying to book 5 nights using my Hilton Honor points; could not do it online; so I called the hotel; asked Lakisha (?) why I could not use my points; she huffed and puffed and told me she "had no idea why I couldn't use my points". I asked to speak with someone who could help me; she said there was no one to help me; a few more sighs from her and she told me to call HiltonHonors. Terrible customer service from the hotel. HiltonHonors says it is because the hotel did not enter the dates as available for using points. What is the point of being a loyal HH client if you can't use the earned points. LaKisha (?) offered no help in any way; just a lot of sighs and huffs and puffs. Now I will never stay at this hotel. LaKisha: (?) I hope your manager or owner reads this post.

A fairly marginal Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly in a NY/NJ Yankee sort of way. Free WiFi and wired with descent speed, and the fitness center was okay. Breakfast was typical for a Hampton Inn. The problem is this hotel needs a makeover. The carpets, bathrooms, and furniture are worn, as are the sheets and bedding, giving the hotel a dingy feel.

The rooms are small for the price charged. Was surprised what they charge considering the rooms. The property is appears to be an older hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. Location is near outlet mall and a few fast food chains. As a Diamond member I asked for a late checkout (I called at 10am) and was I chastised by the front desk that I should of called earlier. I was given one extra hour. If you are a lite sleeper be warned you can hear people in adjacent rooms.
