Never even got the chance to book the hotel. I just got off the phone with someone at the hotel named LaKisha (or something similar); she answered the phone with an attitude before I even got to say hello; I was trying to book 5 nights using my Hilton Honor points; could not do it online; so I called the hotel; asked Lakisha (?) why I could not use my points; she huffed and puffed and told me she "had no idea why I couldn't use my points". I asked to speak with someone who could help me; she said there was no one to help me; a few more sighs from her and she told me to call HiltonHonors. Terrible customer service from the hotel. HiltonHonors says it is because the hotel did not enter the dates as available for using points. What is the point of being a loyal HH client if you can't use the earned points. LaKisha (?) offered no help in any way; just a lot of sighs and huffs and puffs. Now I will never stay at this hotel. LaKisha: (?) I hope your manager or owner reads this post.
