My husband and I travel for our business and since it's only a night or two, and we're hardly in the room we stay at inexpensive hotels. We just care that the room is clean and bug free. Well we checked in and our room was very dirty it also had ants crawling all over the wall. I asked for a different room and this room was disgusting. Public hair on the toilet seat and sink as well as dried toothpaste all over sink area. I returned to the front desk and asked to see another room in a different part of the hotel thinking maybe the cleaning lady was lacking a bit. Thats when Les at the front desk told me to leave. He kicked me out. I prepaid for this room through my travel club. I hope I get a full refund! He told me to leave. Can you believe this is the actions of a manger? I've never left a bad review, but I want everyone to beware. Stay down the street at the Quality Inn! Shame on you Les for having such poor customer service being in your postion. I just read another review on here that had been treated poorly I wonder if it was from Les.
