We stayed in this hotel after seeing a review in tour book listing it as inexpensive option located minutes from beach, which it is. We figured it was not a good sign when we pulled up late afternoon, there were no cars in the parking lot and the place looked a bit run down. The first room we were shown was dirty, run down and, best of all, three fourths of the electric outlets didn't work - we could only get one light near the entrance on. Management said they only had three other available rooms. The next one was pretty nice. It had been recently remodeled with the exception of the bathroom (meaning room with shower and toilet, sink located outside b-room), was spacious with table and chairs, microwave, fridge and large closet. It is a large hotel, but it appeared as if only about eight rooms or so were occupied. Since we were told that only four rooms were left, we figured most were not in a condition to be given out. They appear to be in the process of renovating, but may have run out of money. If you can get a room that has recently been renovated you'll probably be fine. We were a little unconfortable with there being so few people at this hotel during high season.
