We have stayed at this hotel more times than I could say. It's location is convenient to the highway and a nice midway point between Myakka river state park and and beaches. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff has always been excellent.

I took a trip with my parents and sisters to visit my brother who lives in Sarasota. My brother actually booked the room for us, and boy did he hook us up! The facilities were so clean & nice, that I was a little bit shocked that my brother knew of such a place. There was plenty of space in our room, because my sisters stayed with my brother at his apartment. Let me warn you that the television only goes up to Volume 25, but I guess this has been put in place so that other guests will not be disturbed. Housekeeping was very friendly and on point. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. The facility is in the middle of numerous restaurants & 2 shopping centers. We didn't have to go far to get missing items. The only downer was the breakfast. Granted, they had a wide range to choose from, but I'm very particular about how I like certain items prepared. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. You won't be disappointed.

I picked this hotel last minute for a trip to Sarasota with my brother. We arrived at around 1 pm and the room was ready for us. The front desk attendant Edith was just super friendly and nice.(she checked us out too and still nice!) We had a room on the 1st floor. (2 beds) The decor of the room is modern in light blue,brown, dark wood colors. Very spacious, internet service was fast. The bathroom was big and super clean. Nice breakfast area with good choices too.
We just went for the day to go to the beach wich was only a ten minute trip, the hotel is located right off 75 wich made it easy to find. The location is perfect for those looking to go shopping since is right next to the Sarasota Outlet Center and there are lots of good restaurants nearby.
Even tough I tought the room might be noisy because it was on 1st floor near an entrance we didn't heard any noise from the outside. It was just great!

We stayed here for the second time with a sports team. The location is just off of I-75 and only a few miles from the Sarasota softball complex. There is a Ruby Tuesdays, Moe's and Wendy's all just across the parking lot, and a Target and other stores and restaurants close by. Since our visit last year a new bar (with outdoor entertainment) has opened up on the other side of the parking lot (as part of a strip mall), which made for a bit of a louder-than-normal nighttime pool scene for the kids (but it wasn't so loud that it was really an issue). Since our room overlooked that bar I expected to have some difficulty sleeping but could not hear any of the music or any other sounds inside the room at all.

There is a small laundry to wash uniforms, but it is located in the older part of the building. There is a "new" part of the hotel that is only accessible to the older part of the hotel via the first floor, so that we had to go down to the 1st floor in the new section and walk to the old section elevator and then take the elevator to the laundry on the old 4th floor for each load. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and quiet and the breakfast bar had everything the kids wanted. We'll probably stay here again for our next tournament.
